Instructions for Use (IFU)

The following best practice requirements  are necessary for security and to prevent unauthorized access. Account sharing significantly increases security risk (social engineering attacks) and can violate many companies’ established compliance regulations

• Circular letters are intended for a single user with a corporate email address/account
• Circular letters are not intended for use by a shared email account, nor is a generalized naming convention such as quality@mxvrail.com compliant with our current policy,  Examples of compliant email naming conventions are:

1. Go to AAR’s website: my.aar.org
2. Click on SIGN UP
3. After clicking SUBMIT, you will receive an e-mail from orders@aar.org with a link to validate your account. Click that link to confirm your account with AAR.org

(Note: you may need to check your spam folder for this confirmation e-mail)

Return to my.aar.org, click on LOGIN again and enter your login credentials

Once complete, please email publications@aar.com to ensure the account is transferred.

Accounts created using a non-compliant naming convention will be suspended until an appropriate email naming convention is provided.
