The Letter of Agreement Sample is to notify you of an opportunity which will grant you access to “AAR Manuals of Standards and Recommended Practices - Section K.”  This is an enterprise license. An approval process is required. Upon approval, a personalized agreement and proforma invoice will be sent. The term of use will be valid JAN-DEC of the current year, expiring on Dec. 31st.

To purchase, AAR approval is required. Please write us at publications@aar.com with the following details:

1. Name of the railroad you are working with.
2. Contact information for the project manager at the railroad.
3. Name of the project you are working on

Upon approval you will receive a proforma invoice for payment. Access information will be sent following completion of these steps.
